  • How to put your children at the centre of all decisions
  • Practical ways to co-parent with kindness and consideration
  • Balancing a career, childcare and the emotional load of divorce

This episode is for parents going through divorce who want to reduce conflict, support their children and move forward in a thoughtful, steady way.

Meet Sarah Armstrong

Sarah Madden Armstrong is Vice President of Global Marketing Operations at Google, a former McKinsey partner and author of two books: The Art of the Juggling Act: A Bite-Sized Guide for Working Parents and The Mom's Guide to a Good Divorce. She is also the proud mom of Grace, now a college graduate.

The Mom’s Guide to a Good Divorce offers parents ‘bite-sized’ pieces of practical advice on what to think through when going through a divorce and children are involved. As a working parent who navigated her own divorce, Sarah now advocates for the ‘good divorce’ concept – helping parents understand that divorce doesn't have to damage their children or derail their lives. She has shared her message on nearly 75 podcasts and in traditional media to shift how society views divorce outcomes.
